On-premises Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS) solutions can offer organizations many desirable storage features, including flexibility and security. Not all STaaS solutions, however, offer the same features or experience. We conducted two studies that together lasted a year.
Initially, we compared the purchase and setup experience of Dell APEX Data Storage Services to that of two different competitors–an HPE GreenLake for Storage solution and one from a provider we call Vendor C.
We then continued to compare Dell APEX Data Storage Services to its competitors in two year-long studies. Over that year, we found the Dell solution superior to both competitors in such areas as delivery, support, and management.
