  • If you donate a week of your time to volunteering with a charity anywhere in the world, PT will pay for that week’s living and traveling expenses up to $5,000 or donate $5,000 to the charity

Profit sharing

We aim for profit sharing every year, and we’re all in it together — either everybody gets profit sharing, or no one does.

Charity

Every year, we give back to our community by donating to local charities of our employees’ choice.

Retirement

To help you plan for your future, we match contributions to your 401(k) up to 4%. And you don’t have to wait for the money; you’re fully vested the day you start at PT.

Food and drink

We provide free non-alcoholic drinks, an allowance at the Chelsea Café on the first floor, and pizza and salad at our monthly company meeting.

Tech perks

We’ll reimburse you for your Internet and cell phone bills, and we’ll also buy you a new phone and laptop of your choice every two years.
