When you register with BenchmarkXPRT, or when you become a full BenchmarkXPRT Development Community member, you provide us with your first and last names, your corporate affiliation, and your email address.
Full membership in the BenchmarkXPRT community requires you to pay a membership fee or, for qualifying companies, to provide your company work email address. At the time you join, to make that payment, you provide credit card information, including the name on the card, the card number, its expiration date, and its security code.
A cookie is a small data element that our Web site can store in your system. We use cookies to save your preferences to provide you with a tailored user experience. We use only browser cookies, i.e., cookies we send to your Internet browser for storage. Most browsers allow you to turn off cookies. To learn how to do this, check your browser’s online help documentation. Please note, however, that disabling cookies may restrict your use of the Web site or affect the way certain sections of the site operate.
We use the information we collect from you only to (1) notify you when full membership registration opens, and/or (2) process your registration for full membership. Your profile information will be visible to other members of the BenchmarkXPRT Development Community. If you do not want your profile information to be visible to other community members, we will make that information invisible at your request.
Principled Technologies, Inc. will not use any of your personal information for any purpose other than administering the BenchmarkXPRT Development Community, and will not share your personal information or membership status with any third party.
Principled Technologies, Inc. will retain the personal information you provide for the duration of your community membership and no longer.
We use the financial information you provide at the time you join for the sole purpose of processing your payment of the membership fee. We do not store this information on our servers; we only forward it to a third-party financial transaction processor through a secure connection that protects this information while it is in transit. We require that any third parties that process this information protect it and keep it confidential.
We store all information we collect in our secure servers behind a firewall. We take the same measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure as we do to protect our own corporate information.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices regarding the BenchmarkXPRT Development Community. You may opt out of receiving these notices by notifying us at one of the addresses listed above or cancelling your membership in the community (see below).
Should you desire to do so, you can ask us to permanently remove all information you have provided and cancel your membership. To do so, contact us at one of the addresses above, and we will fulfill your request within 72 hours.
When you join the BenchmarkXPRT Development Community and pay your membership fee, we will share any related financial transaction information with only those third parties necessary to complete the transaction.
We may share information with government agencies or companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation when (1) required by law, (2) protecting against or preventing actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, or (3) investigating fraud that has already occurred.
Should you desire to do so, you can ask us to permanently remove all information you have provided and cancel your membership. To do so, contact us at one of the addresses above.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The terms in this policy will apply to later versions of it unless we state otherwise. In no case will we reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post all changes to this Privacy Policy on this Web page.
