    The person we're seeking:

    • is bright, able to grasp programs and concepts quickly, eager to learn, and has potential for growth
    • is willing to be flexible and adaptable in a changing, fluid, and very non-bureaucratic environment
    • has extensive experience with the Microsoft Office program set, specifically strong Excel skills
    • will work full-time, typical office hours but is flexible and willing to put in the hours necessary to do the work at hand
    • is willing to perform administrative tasks but also able to be creative
    • is willing to start at entry-level
    • is detail-oriented, meticulous, and painstaking about accuracy
    • has strong people and communication skills, including writing skills
    • is able to connect with fellow employees, but also recognizes the need to keep certain types of information very confidential

    In addition, the following are all pluses:

    • VisualBasic and advanced Excel experience
    • familiarity with QuickBooks
    • experience with a Web-based sales database

  • Inside sales representative

    Principled Technologies is looking for candidates for an inside sales position, supporting the e-learning solutions group in our Durham/RTP office.

    The person we are seeking is:

    • Ability to canvass prospects from a sales or lead gen database, making 50+ outbound calls per day. (Knowledge of Salesforce or InsideSales is a plus)
    • Able to respond to requests from customers for information about our business and the products and services we sell.
    • Able to develop and qualify viable leads and smoothly transition them to an outward-facing sales person.
    • Capable of maintaining and updating leads/prospects database.
    • A great communicator who has superior written and verbal skills.
    • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
    • A quick learner who can remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the e-learning industry.
    • Dedicated to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
    • Excited and passionate about the work they do every day.
