National Fire Door Inspections

We designed and developed this online course for the Door Security & Safety Foundation to help fire door inspectors perform visual inspections and functional testing of fire door assemblies. The Foundation’s mission is to “promote secure and safe openings that enhance life safety.” Learners are asked to inspect openings in various buildings, and they’re given helpful tips and worksheets throughout the course along with feedback on each opening they inspect, raising awareness of the fire door inspection steps.
